Policies

Booking

  • Booking calendar opens monthly

  • Schedule opens the last Sunday of the current month at 9:00am, for the following month.

Example : January appointments will be available to book 12/26 @ 9:00am

Deposits

  • Nonrefundable

  • Serve as cancellation fee

  • Can be transferred once

  • Amount varies depending on total service amount

Cancelation/ No Call-No Show

  • Deposit will be forfeited.

  • Canceling less than 48hrs prior to your appointment is a “Late Cancellation

  • 3 Strikes policy for Late Cancellations

1st offense: client will be flagged

2nd offense: Client will be labeled repeat offender and must pay additional $10 for deposit. (fee will go towards balance)

3rd offense: Client will be banned from booking future appointments.

  • No Call No Show will result in an automatic ban from future appointments

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule allowed per deposit

  • Reschedule request must be made 48+ hours prior to original appt time

  • New appt must be made no later than next booking period. (Example : original appt. 11/14/21, new appointment must be no later than 12/31/21, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.)

Service duration

  • Service duration is an estimated time and can vary by each individual client.

  • Your appointment may be pushed back if previous appointment runs over

Late

  • Communicate if you will be more than 5 minutes late

  • Appointment canceled after 15 minutes/ deposit forfeited

Braiding hair

  • Braiding hair is not included in price.

  • Braiding hair can be provided for an additional fee per request.

"Squeeze me in" Appointments

  • $50 Fee. Non-refundable.

  • Fee does not apply to service balance.

  • Appointment begins before or ends after business hours.
